Conventional Arsenal Technological Composition

Aging (tier 1) and obsolete (tier 0) systems are not considered current. Armored fighting vehicles (AFVs) are excluded; every indexed state has a large, mostly aging inventory of AFVs that can cause misleading noise in percentage appraisals of technological composition while accounting in most cases for a relatively small share of state CFP. CFPI defines the AFV category to consist of armed, armored vehicles other than main battle tanks (MBTs).
